To deepen the construction of honesty and compliant operations in overseas regions and promote the deep integration of supervision work with international business, recently, Xi Hong, General Manager of the Company's Audit and Supervision Center, Zhao Yan, Minister of the Supervision Department, and their team visited the Indonesian Nickel Industry Group to carry out the supervision grid construction project.

In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of anti-corruption and compliance, and actively respond to the company's call for the construction of an integrity culture, the Audit and Supervision Center and the African Region Management Headquarters have jointly made efforts.

Recently, legal scholars from China University of Political Science and Law, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and Jiaxing University visited Huayou Cobalt to explore collaborative pathways in private enterprise compliance management and integrity system development.

To thoroughly implement national security requirements and enhance awareness of counter-espionage among employees in key sensitive positions, HuaYou organized a specialized training program titled“National Security and Counter-Espionage Prevention”on February 27, 2025.
